Ben has been around real estate investing his entire life. As a kid, Ben's dad often checked him out of elementary school to do some demo and learn how to make money work for him.

Years later, Ben took his elementary demo skills and started renovating his own properties.  At one point, Ben was flipping 40 different properties around the country at the same time.
