Start by reaching out to Ben’s team by filling out the “Contact Ben” form found at the bottom of each page. We will be in touch shortly after your request. We will then go over availability and pricing options, as well as what to look forward to.
CONSULTATION
Ben will meet with your team over the phone or via FaceTime, Skype or Zoom. This discussion will help him gain insight regarding your organization, event theme, and meeting topics.
PAYMENT
We want to make things easy for you so we accept several forms of payment. The final price will be the one discussed in the consultation with Ben. Once the payment is complete, you can rest easy knowing Ben and his team will make the rest of the magic happen.
IT'S TIME
It’s as easy as 1, 2, 3, 4. Now you’re ready! During the day of the event, Ben and his team will show up early to verify everything is ready to go for the event.
